On 8^th January, our company received an inquiry from America, the client told us that he wants to find a spider crane which it will be used to remove and replace Hurricane damaged items, assist with new construction, removing damaged waterfront boat docks, damaged boat lifts, etc…, after a hurricane. We have sent the catalog and some video of spider crane to the client for checking. But the client didn’t reply our email until we getting back from Chinese New Year holiday.

On 28^th January, we send some cases for client study, and knowing better of our company.

On 30^th January, we received the client’s email, and the client told us he is interested in 8t spider crane, and hope we can send price for them to make purchasing.

We send the quotation of 8t spider crane at same day, and the client replied that our price of spider crane is higher than their budget, and they may consider another crane.

We have double confirm the max weight and lifting height the client needed, and we found that 5t spider crane is more suitable for his working. We explain to the client and we asked a change to quote them again.

On 31^st January, we send the quotation of 5t spider crane to the client’s email, and remind client to check the quotation by WhatsApp.

The client replied that the price is good, and all the specification is meet their requirements. They may take several days to apply the budget and the project will be approved within a week. After that, they will send the purchase order to us and send the deposit for manufacturing.

On 6^th Feb., we received PO from client, and received the deposit smoothly.
