Brief Introduction of 5 Ton Crawler Crane

The 5-ton crawler crane produced by SEVENCRANE is a large crane developed by our company based on the 3-ton small crane. It has a lifting capacity of up to 5 tons and has a high lifting height, making it suitable for small construction sites. This model has a comfortable driving environment and retractable outriggers, which can meet the lifting requirements of various working conditions. Lifting operations, outrigger extension and retraction, and walking operations can all be performed while sitting in the driver’s seat. The driver’s seat has a sliding backrest and adjustable inclination, so it is suitable for long-term operations.

The spider crane is a fully rotating, boom-type, fully hydraulically driven crane. The main arm has 4-5 sections. The cross-section of the main arm adopts a U-shaped structure. The single-stage telescopic cylinder and the wire rope telescopic mechanism can achieve synchronous expansion and contraction of the main arm. The telescopic limit of the boom is protected by marking lines and alarms; the cranes are equipped with radiators, which is more conducive to high-temperature work in summer.

The boom of the 5-ton spider crane is made of high-strength manganese steel and has a 5-section pentagonal hydraulic telescopic boom. The full arm length can reach 16.8 meters to meet your operating requirements. A jib can be added to increase the operating radius.
