The customer was a middleman and asked us to provide quotations, drawings, company qualifications, etc. After I showed it to the customer, the customer changed the requirements again, saying that his customer wanted to fully understand the price. So I revised the price according to the customer’s needs.

The customer was very serious and revised the quotation four times before and after, and confirmed the power supply system with me to ensure that his customers could use it normally. I explained the power supply system to the customer carefully, and the customer was very satisfied. Later, the customer confirmed other technical issues with me. In mid-October, the customer decided to place an order.

After I sent the PI, the customer quickly arranged payment and hoped that we would arrange production as soon as possible. We confirmed the relevant information with the customer before the product was produced, and delivered the goods to Denmark in time. The customer was very satisfied with our efficiency.
