I told her that accidents must happen for spider crane SS5.0, equipped with Yanmar engine, with that price. Why? Even if I sold with that price (Yanmar engine), I had to reduce the configuration of other parts, so accident happen. What’s more, we didn’t want to harm our brand, we wanted our customers to reorder, so we never sold products with low quality. And I sent her the feedback of a Brazilian crawler crane customer, she said it was extremely nice to use it. She was persuaded, so she asked me the lowest price. After applying from my boss, no matter the mini crawler crane equipped Yanmar engine or engine made in China, we didn’t charge transport fee. She didn’t reply.

The next day, she asked me to send some videos about spider crane, so I send some, like operating, moving working etc. I asked her if send her the Proforma Invoice, she had another request. Originally, the quotation is CIF price, now she needed DDU (door to door) price. However, the price is very high. Moreover, the price from Hong Kong port to her destination is not charged by us, we failed to talk.

Several days later, she asked me if they need driving plate to use mini crawler crane, actually, I was not sure about it, but what I can make a promise is that we could do our best to help her to solve all the problems about spider crane if she ordered from us.

She still felt expansive, and told me she could bought cheaper one in mainland China, I told her seriously that if she didn’t want to see accidents happen, didn’t buy that. I gave her an example.
