Introduction to Spider Crane Safety Protection Device

Three-turn alarm: the wire rope over-discharge protection device. When there are only three turns of wire rope left in the winch, stop the wire rope and continue to output to avoid accidents due to over-discharge of the wire rope.

One-click hook retraction: It is no longer necessary to manually clamp the hook in the car body buckle, but one-click to automatically lock the hook at the end of the boom, keeping the hook stable and not swinging while walking and improving the hook retraction efficiency.

Including alarm for approaching live objects: The body of the crawler spider crane is equipped with an alarm device for approaching live objects. When the spider crane is constructing the substation, the safety distance is set according to the on-site working conditions. If the boom is close to the discharge position, the alarm device will be triggered, thereby greatly avoiding the risk of electric shock caused by the boom being unrestrictedly close to the discharge position and ensuring the safety of equipment and personnel during construction.

Over-roll alarm: The spider crane body is equipped with an over-roll alarm device to prevent the hook from colliding with the boom and ensure safe operation of the crane.

Moment limiter: The crawler spider crane body is equipped with a moment limiter, which displays the status of the vehicle’s outriggers and boom, and returns the hoisting weight in real time for comparison with the hoistable weight. Lift the load within the safe lifting range to ensure safe operation of the crane.
