At the end of November, one customer who comes from Korea sent the messages to our company official WhatsApp. He said he wanted to know the price of our 1 set of SS3.0 spider crane to Tashkent, Uzbekistan. We were confused because this client is from Korea. Our client explained his company has a project in Uzbekistan and they want to use spider crane in their construction site. Then I asked the client whether they want to use 3t spider crane to lift glass on site. He said no and they planed to lift construction materials such as steel bars. We also learned from client that they didn’t use the spider crane before. So far, we had a clear understanding of the use of the spider crane.

Next, I asked our client job title in their company because we need to write these information into quotation. He is the assistant manager of the purchasing team. And regarding the payment term, he proposed at the very beginning to pass the LC transaction condition. But after our subsequent email communication, the customer also said that payment can also be made through Alibaba. We also promote our products on Alibaba platform, so we recommeded our client via Alibaba.

The second day, we sent the our company profile, catalog and quotation of SS3.0 spider crane to our client. And I also sent some pictures of our spider crane configuration to the client. After checking everything we sent, he submitted our quotation to his boss.

And the next week, we got good news. Their company sent the purchase order to our company.
