As usual, we sent the catalog to the customer and asked them regular parameters. Our client said they needed a 5 ton spider crane and they would use it within their own construction company. He said he needed CIF Malta free port prices. And asked for our total quotation including worker basket, hydraulic extension arm.
The customer’s introduction of their needs was very detailed, so we asked the customer whether they had purchased or used spider cranes before. Our client said he had never used it, but he had seen it in action and loved it. I also told our client that the spider crane is very suitable for the construction company. While waiting for the price, I sent the 3D introduction video, operation video and test video of our spider crane to the customer. These videos show our customer in detail the configuration and operation of our spider cranes. After about half an hour, we sent the quotation of spider crane to our client.
After getting the quotation, the customer said that although they were satisfied with our machine configuration, our price was slightly higher than that of other manufacturers. I introduced the configuration of our spider crane to the client again and sent him pictures of each configuration for reference. Then, I explained to the customer that although other manufacturers offer lower prices, the configuration and quality are definitely different from ours. Finally, out of the customer’s affirmation and strong purchase intention of our products, I applied for a discount to the management on behalf of the customer.
After sending the final discount price, customer was very grateful to me. And the second week, they decided to purchase spider crane from our company.
