Crane operators must receive professional training, be familiar with crane operation methods, hold a certificate to work, and wear labor protection equipment before operation.

Before operation, the crane safety device and each lubrication point should be inspected to ensure that they are normal before operation.

Crane operators only listen to one person’s command. When encountering the command of multiple people, they should stop operating.

After the equipment is used, the crane should be parked in the specified position, all control handles and buttons should be reset, and the power supply should be cut off.

When working, at least two people must be present, and both must wear safety helmets and take protective measures. During the operation, no one is allowed to stand on the lower side of the boom.

If the crane makes abnormal noise during operation, it should be stopped immediately for inspection, troubleshooting should be carried out in a timely manner, and the operation should be continued only after confirming that the whole machine is in normal condition.

You must concentrate during the operation, and you are not allowed to talk, smoke or do irrelevant things.

The vehicle must be clean, and equipment, tools, flammable materials, explosive materials and dangerous goods must not be placed randomly.
