In October 2024, a customer from Russia submitted an inquiry through our website, saying that they were a shipyard and urgently needed a spider crane with reliable performance and easy operation to work in the shipyard. The customer mentioned that their project involved seaside work and required a lifting equipment with strong corrosion resistance, strong requirements for the engine, and flexible operation in a small space. After receiving the customer’s inquiry, our sales team immediately contacted the customer. We asked the customer in detail about the specific requirements of the project, including the spider crane’s load capacity, operating height, working environment, etc., to ensure that we can recommend the most suitable product to the customer.

Based on the customer’s needs, we recommended a customized 3T spider crane to the customer. The 3T spider crane has a 6-section boom, and the arm length can reach up to 13.5 meters, and we galvanized the entire vehicle to meet the customer’s requirements for working at the seaside. In addition, we also provided customers with Yanmar engines, which can perfectly meet the engineering needs of Russian customers.

After confirming the spider crane model, we provided a detailed quotation based on the customer’s order quantity, including equipment price, transportation costs, estimated delivery time and after-sales service content. The customer was satisfied with our quotation and expressed his desire to learn more about our factory’s production capacity and equipment quality. Therefore, the customer decided to arrange a factory visit to better understand our production process and product quality.

In November 2024, the Russian customer and his friends came to our factory in China for a field trip. Through this factory visit, the customer has a deeper understanding and trust in our production capacity and product quality. Finally, it was decided to place an order for this customized 3T spider crane and asked for delivery within the next month. The customer signed a formal contract with us and paid a partial deposit.
