On 20th Sep, we received an inquiry from French Polynesia. And the client was looking for a spider crane for his client.
After receiving the message from the customer, we confirmed the end user’s purpose of using the spider crane. In the process of communication, we learned that the end user needs to use a spider crane to lift the steel beam, and a 5t spider crane is required.
Knowing the nearest seaport is Papeete, we sent CIF price to the client’s Email and Wechat.
On 22nd Sep, we got reply from client that the end user prefer to use Yanmar engine instead of the normal engine. We do can supply Yanmar engine. Then we revised the quotation and resent it to the client.
After checking, the client ask for the brochure to see more details of engine. We sent it him immediately. We also shared some pictures and videos of spider crane with Yanmar engine.. The client was very satisfied with our products. He said that the customer may settle the payment with him this month.
On 23rd Sep, we got an message from client that he wanted to add a basket for his spider crane. Under his request, we revised quotation again. Then sent it to his Email, and reminded him to check on Wechat.
On 25th Sep, the client told us he needed to provide the parts list of Yanmar engine. And confirm with us again whether there are spare parts for spider crane. We confirmed that spare parts will be sent when order confirmed, and parts list will be sent together with spider crane. If he needed it right now, we can find electric version and send to him. The client told to us that when he got the parts list, he will place order to us very soon.
On 26th Sep, we sent all the documents to client, and he required us make an contract and payment invoice for him.
