Last year, SEVENCRANE began to enter the Russian market and went to Russia to participate in exhibitions. What I’m sharing this time is the spider crane order from our company’s Russian customer. The client company is a construction company and used to use tools such as truck cranes. At present, due to the installation work in narrow spaces, customers plan to purchase spider cranes, on the one hand, for their own business, and on the other hand, they check the market of spider cranes and plan to become our agents.

After quoting the price of spider crane SS3.0 and SS5.0 to the customer, we showed the customer photos of our exhibition in Russia and invited the customer to participate in our Russian exhibition in 2024. At the same time, we also showed customers the configuration products of the spider crane, such as hanging baskets, flying arms, suction cups, etc. The customer chose to install a hanging basket. The customer wanted to reasonably place the spider crane in a container in order to purchase more units. After confirming with the shipping department, I submitted all reasonable combinations to the customer for selection.

At the same time, we also informed our customers of rail transportation costs and car transportation costs, and recommended rail transportation because it is cheaper. After confirming with their partner, the customer agrees with our plan and plans to place an order. The customer requires us to only display the FOB price on the commercial invoice and change the product name of the spider crane to reduce import duties. This is a great way for customers in Russia and Central Asia to avoid higher tariffs.
