This Saudi Arabian customer was bidding for a project, and the customer required a 3-ton hämähäkkinosturi. We provided the customer with some documents required for the bidding. Later in August, the customer contacted our salesperson again and said that they had won the bid, but asked for an updated quotation because the end user had added some accessories. So, we updated the quotation according to the customer’s bidding documents and drawings and sent the PI to the customer for confirmation.

A few days later, the customer replied that he wanted a discount. We gave a discount price according to the request, and the customer was satisfied. The next day, we sent the PO, and we immediately sent the PI to wait for the customer to pay. Two days later, the payment arrived, and our salesperson immediately notified the production department to start production, but this time there were some problems during the production because the customer was not the end user and was not very clear about the end user’s product requirements and uses. After understanding the situation, the customer said that he would take our suggestions and affirmed and praised the professionalism of our service. The customer said that his company was the first to import products in China, and he was lucky to meet such a professional supplier like us, and he also said that he planned to visit China next year to have more cooperation with us!
