On April 29, 2022, we received an inquiry from a customer. Initially, the customer asked for a 1-ton spider crane. We successfully contacted the customer through the contact information left by the customer. The customer said that they needed a spider crane that meets American standards to hoist steel pipes on the construction site, mainly for their own company. We asked the customer about the time of use, and the customer said that he was not in a hurry and the demand time was relatively flexible.

According to the actual needs of the customer, we provided quotations for 1-ton and 3-ton spider cranes. After the quotation, the customer asked if we could provide a flying arm, and we immediately updated the quotation to include the price of the flying arm. Although the customer did not take the initiative to contact us afterwards, we always followed up and shared our water bill and relevant feedback on the spider crane products.

The customer agreed with this and told us that although the response was not frequent, he was still interested in the product and hoped that we could continue to update the product dynamics. In the subsequent follow-up, the customer requested our CE certificate and ISO certificate, and asked if there was an operation manual, because these materials were required for approval by the local department. We provided the required information one by one according to the customer’s requirements.

In 2023, we asked the customer again whether he was ready to buy. The customer said it would take some time, and we continued to share the latest updates about the product. Until March 2024, the customer asked if there was a battery-powered spider crane. We confirmed that there were 1-ton and 3-ton battery-powered models, and the customer asked for an updated quote for the 3-ton battery-powered spider crane. Subsequently, the customer wanted to know about the 5-ton and 8-ton options. We informed the customer that due to the limitation of lifting weight, there was no battery drive for 5-ton and 8-ton, only diesel and electric drive were available, and provided the corresponding quote.

In the end, the customer chose the 8 тонналық өрмекші кран and placed an order with us.
