At the end of last year, this American customer placed an order for a SS5.0 model өрмекші кран. Half a year later, we contacted the customer again to understand the use experience. The customer highly praised the performance of the spider crane and made some valuable suggestions. A few days later, the customer took the initiative to make a second inquiry.

The first spider crane purchased was used by the customer himself, but after in-depth understanding, the customer found that the spider crane was a new product in the US market, so he hoped to become our agent. At present, the customer has negotiated with two potential buyers, one for the SS3.0 model and the other for the SS5.0 model. After we provided the quotation, the customer raised some questions:

-Can it be customized in black? We told the customer that the spider crane supports color customization.

-Do both devices have to be equipped with diesel engine drive? Our standard configuration is dual drive of motor and diesel engine.

-How long after receiving the advance payment can it be shipped? We told the customer that the production cycle is about 15-20 working days.

-What is the language on the remote control? We generally provide English remote control.

After solving the customer’s doubts, we sent the customer a pro forma invoice containing bank information and soon received the customer’s advance payment. We look forward to long-term cooperation with our customers and helping them promote spider crane products in the US market.
